Review : Hello Kitty Goes to the Movies
Got this for my daughter for Easter. She is 3, almost 4. She LOVES it. Has watched it over and over. It’s not epic animation, and some of the jokes based on very grown-up movies from the 70’s and 80’s go right over her head. But not in a bad way. The cartoons are perfect for her age and not too negative, as some early cartoons are. My 7 yr old son also watched it, and thought it was okay -he was concerned it might be too girly- but it isn’t especially. I thought it was cute, and pretty funny in parts. I particularly liked the Star Wars (May the Fur Be With You) cartoon. Overall, I’d reccomend it.
